Zurich crowned Top 3 Finalist in Outstanding Customer Services Award at the Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2020

Hong Kong, October 29, 2020 – Zurich Insurance Hong Kong (“Zurich”) took home the Top 3 Finalist honor in the Outstanding Customer Services Award category at the Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2020, organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. The accolade recognizes Zurich’s customer-first culture, where we place customers at the heart of everything we do and at the focus of our strategies. The honor also demonstrates customer service as Zurich’s true differentiator.
