Important notes:
- Only payment from the policyholder, assignee (if policy assigned), life insured or eligible 3rd party payor is accepted. Ineligible 3rd party payments will be returned to the payor, policyholder or assignee (if policy assigned). In order to prevent any delay of premium and levy payment and other process which may result in the termination of your policy(ies), please use the policyholder’s, assignee's (if policy assigned), life insured’s or eligible 3rd party payor’s bank account for all policy related payments.
- Zurich will not bear any charges arising from returned payment.
- Levy collected by the Insurance Authority has been imposed on relevant policy at the applicable rate. Therefore, the policyholder is required to pay the prescribed levy along with the premium/contribution.
- Please send the payment information or document at least 14 working days prior to the policy due date by registered mail (recommended) to the following address:
