Promoting diversity and inclusion at workplace
To build an inclusive environment and foster a level-playing field that empowers individuals to unlock their leadership potential in the workplace, Zurich’s Female Leadership Advocate Group (FLAG) invited Professor Sophia Chan, GBS, JP, as our esteemed guest speaker to share numerous insights and experiences on her journey from a clinical nurse to academia, eventually becoming the Secretary for Food and Health Bureau.
Zurich Hong Kong volunteers contributed over 15,000 meal boxes to Food Angel
To celebrate the 150th birthday of Zurich Insurance Group, Zurich volunteer team participated in two sessions of Food Angel and prepared over 15,000 meal boxes which were distributed to the underprivileged, showing our care for the community during October and November 2022.
Raise our staff’s awareness of sustainability and climate change
In order to raise awareness of sustainability and climate change, Zurich had organized activities, such as two beach cleaning sessions, upcycling workshops and paperless sharing session, for staff and family in September 2022.
