Zurich unveils new brand campaign – 360 multimedia advertising and promotion platform showcases “Looking deeper. Protecting You Better.” brand concept

Hong Kong, March 21, 2018 – Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) (“Zurich”) has launched a new wave of multimedia brand promotion. The new brand concept of “Looking deeper. Protecting You Better.” will be rolled out to highlight Zurich’s customer-centric commitment, and our passion in providing customers with simple, flexible and innovative insurance products and services that match their unique personal needs, so they can live life to the fullest.

The motto “Looking deeper. Protecting You Better.” is illustrated in the advertising creatives via a familiar Hong Kong cityscape backdrop with people dressed in similar blue white striped outfits, reflecting Zurich brand colors. From afar, everyone is alike – seemingly identical in their looks as well as their needs in life, to arouse people to think of the promotion tagline, “Can one insurance product really meet everyone’s protection needs?” However, upon closer inspection, one notices that in fact, everyone has their own unique characteristics, to echo Zurich’s longstanding belief that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to protection needs. This new wave of brand promotion will cement Zurich’s attentive core attribute, and our strong foothold as an insurer heavyweight with a wide breadth of both general insurance and life insurance products under one roof.

The new advertisement makes use of many latest technologies, including CG effects and aerial shooting, bringing to the front the same innovative edge that Zurich engages with customers. The “Looking deeper. Protecting You Better.” 360 degree integrated brand campaign will extend over a 2-month period, maximizing the new concept‘s visibility through television, outdoor advertising, digital communications and social media. For the first time, Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong)‘s Chief Executive Officer, Eric Hui, in signature blue white stripes makes a notable cameo in the thematic visual alongside colleagues, and their family and friends – helping to bring the “Looking deeper. Protecting You Better.” motto to life.
