If you haven't created an OneZurich account yet, you can easily do so by clicking here to register.

If you are an intermediary:

You can easily submit an eClaim through the Agent Portal.

Travel Agency or Group Travel customers:

You can now receive claim payments through Faster Payment System (FPS)

Before setting up FPS as your default claim payment collection method, you will need to first register for FPS via mobile/internet banking or e-wallet. If you have linked up more than one bank or e-wallet with your mobile number/email address, you should specify one of the banks or store value facilities (SVFs) as the default bank or SVF to receive funds. We will transfer the claim payment to your FPS default receiving bank. Click here for more information about FPS.

What's next?

  • You will receive acknowledgement SMS/email in one working day. Zurich claims handler may request extra claims documents from you or your contact person.
