Our Service
How to make claims?
You can submit application through "eClaim" and do the claims easily with just few simple steps.
- Special privilege ("Promotion") is provided by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability) (“Zurich”).
- The Promotion discount is only applicable to customers who successfully apply for specified Zurich Insurance Plan through dedicated Zurich website or designated promo code.
- If the policies issued are subsequently cancelled for whatever reasons, only the actual premium paid will be refunded to the customers on a pro-rata basis.
- "1st year discount" of the Promotion is not applicable to the renewal of any designated Insurance Plan policies.
- The customers who withdrawn or cancelled the application or policy for designated Insurance Plan within three months after submission will not be entitled to the Promotion discount.
- The date appearing in the records of Zurich will be conclusive as to the date on which the relevant application or policy was submitted, issued, withdrawn or cancelled.
- Zurich reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion (in whole or in part) or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes of the Promotion, the decision of Zurich shall be final and conclusive.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
