Plan Highlights
Section I - Material damage- Coverage for the loss of or damage to the materials during the contract period.
Optional extension covers to Section I
- Coverage for the cost of removal of debris
- Automatic increase of the sum insured if the actual contract sum is in excess of the estimated contract sum
Section II - Liability to third parties*- Coverage for the third party liabilities for the accidental death or injury and accidental loss of physical property as a result of the performance of contract.
Optional extension covers to Section II
- Coverage for your liabilities caused by an accidental loss on the principal‘s property during contract period.
- Extension of coverage to indemnify your liability against accidental death or body injury of employed visitors, while visiting the site on occasional basis.
- Extension of coverage for liabilities in a specified defect liability period after completion of contract period.
- Extension of coverage for liability in respect of any loss of or damage to any property resulting from vibration or by the removal or weakening of support.
