Notice for Hong Kong Airlines Travel Policy Customers
  1. Policy details cannot be amended after issuance. If for any reason you need to change the policy information, you may apply for a new policy with the correct information and promotion code (if applicable) using this application link, and use the contact form below to leave your details. We will then process the cancellation of your original policy and refund.
  2. Upon receipt of your contact form, we will process your request within 3 working days. The premium of the original policy will be credited to your payment card via Hong Kong Airlines.
  3. If you would like to extend your period of insurance after starting your journey, you may use the contact form below for application. We will reply to you in due course.
