Our Service

Special privilege ("Promotion") is provided by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability) (“Zurich”).
The Promotion discount is only applicable to customers who successfully apply for specified Zurich Insurance Plan through dedicated Zurich website or designated promo code.
If the policies issued are subsequently cancelled for whatever reasons, only the actual premium paid will be refunded to the customers on a pro-rata basis.
"1st year discount" of the Promotion is not applicable to the renewal of any designated Insurance Plan policies.
The customers who withdrawn or cancelled the application or policy for designated Insurance Plan within three months after submission will not be entitled to the Promotion discount.
The date appearing in the records of Zurich will be conclusive as to the date on which the relevant application or policy was submitted, issued, withdrawn or cancelled.
Zurich reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion (in whole or in part) or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any disputes of the Promotion, the decision of Zurich shall be final and conclusive.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
