Beware of fraudulent SMS

Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) (‘Zurich Hong Kong’) is alerting the public to phishing SMS that falsely claims to be from Zurich, and would like to remind the public of the following:

• Zurich Hong Kong only sends SMS using sender name “#ZurichHK”.
• If you receive suspicious SMS messages, do not reply to or contact the sender or access any links in the SMS.
• Please access Zurich Hong Kong’s website by the official website address https://www.zurich.com.hk. Always be vigilant against suspicious text messages and malicious websites.
• If in doubt, please contact us via e-form or call us at +852 2968 2222 during office hours, or seek assistance of the Police.
