Terms and Conditions

  1. 30% off discount of Zurich’s GBA Go! Travel Insurance Plan (Single Trip) for Hutchison Telephone Company Limited(“HTCL”) customers (“Offer”) is brought to you directly by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability) (“Zurich”). HTCL does not participate in the provision or arrangement of discount offers or the above-mentioned insurance products.   2. This Offer is applicable to customers who enroll the Plan via Zurich’s designated website with the promo code from now to December 31, 2024 (both days inclusive), with policy successfully issued by Zurich and effective on or before January 15, 2025.
  3. This Offer is applicable to 3HK, SUPREME, MO, MO+ & SoSIM customers.
  4. The promo code must be keyed in when applying Zurich’s designated plan at the designated website to entitle the offer.
  5. Zurich will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the promo code when conducting relevant transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.
  6. If the policies issued are subsequently cancelled for whatever reasons, only the actual premium paid will be refunded to the customers on a pro-rata basis.
  7. The Offer is not applicable to the renewal of any existing policies of the Plan.
  8. The customers whose application or policy for the Plan has been withdrawn or cancelled within three months before the Promotion Period will not be entitled to the Promotion.
  9. The date appearing in the records of Zurich will be conclusive as to the date on which the relevant application or policy was submitted, issued, withdrawn or cancelled.
  10. Zurich reserves the right to alter or terminate this Offer (in whole or in part) or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  11. In case of any disputes arising from this Offer, the decision of Zurich shall be final and conclusive.
  12. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  13. Only one code can be used for each application for the Plan.
  14. The policy is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, a company incorporated with limited liability in Switzerland (“Zurich”). The policy is either arranged by Zurich or by Domain Five Enterprises Limited (“Domain5”), as the case may be. Domain5 is a licensed insurance intermediary under the Insurance Ordinance (License No. FA2643) and a related company of Hutchison Telephone Company Limited (trading as 3HK, SUPREME, MO, MO+ and SoSIM) (“HTCL”). HTCL is not a licensed insurance intermediary and does not provide any advice in relation to the insurance policy arranged by Zurich or by Domain5, as the case may be. Any references to HTCL does not constitute HTCL carrying on “regulated activities” as defined in the Insurance Ordinance and HTCL is not acting in the capacity of a licensed insurance intermediary.
  15. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other gift voucher, cash coupon, promotions price, membership offers or other offers.
  16. Zurich bear no responsibility and shall not pay any compensation for any loss resulting from expiration of promo code.

Travel Insurance Plan (Single Plan) is brought to you directly by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability) (“Zurich”). Hutchison Telephone Company Limited(“HTCL”) does not participate in the provision or arrangement of the above-mentioned insurance product.   2. From now to December 31, 2025 (both days inclusive), customers who enroll Zurich’s GBA Go! Travel Insurance Plan (Single Plan) via Zurich’s designated website, with policy successfully issued by Zurich and effective on or before January 15, 2026 can enjoy the enhanced coverage: Cash allowance for first full 2 hours high-speed train delays automatically. No promo code is needed.
