2. The Sub-Fund may invest in other CIS and will be subject to the risks associated with Sub-Fund’s underlying CIS. The Sub-Fund does not have control of the investments of the underlying CIS. There is no assurance that the investment objective and strategy of the underlying CIS will be successfully achieved which may have a negative impact to the net asset value of the Sub-Fund. The underlying CIS may not be regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”). Additional costs may be involved when investing into these underlying CIS. The underlying CIS may not always have sufficient liquidity to meet the Sub-Fund’s redemption requests.
3. The Sub-Fund’s investments and/or through investments in underlying CIS are subject to currency risk.
4. The Sub-Fund’s investments and/or through investments in underlying CIS investing equity securities are subject to general market and volatility risks.
5. The Sub-Fund’s investments and/or through investments in underlying CIS investing in bonds and other debt securities that are subject to related risks such as credit/counterparty risk, interest rates risk, downgrading risk, risk associated with debt securities rated below investment grade or unrated, sovereign debt risk.
6. The Sub-Fund’s investments and/or through investments in underlying CIS investing in financial derivative instruments (“FDI”) that are subject to counterparty/credit risk, liquidity risk, valuation risk, volatility risk and over-the-counter transaction risk. Exposure to FDI may lead to a high risk of significant loss by the Sub-Fund.
